We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible, items must be:

 

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.


To request a return, please contact us at support@moonclosing.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exclusions

 

  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
